26 agents hired for Royal Shell Real Estate Cape Coral office

Adamski strives to exceed each and every client's expectations. When Adamski was old enough to obtain his real estate license, he followed through with his idea of helping others in an area where he was born and raised. From the start of his professional career, he has been surrounded by some of the most credible agents and negotiators that this area has to offer. He quickly became one of the youngest sales associates in the office, closing over $1.3 million in sales during his first year as licensee. Adamski ensures that the information individual's need is always available, and they are never left without immediate access to him.

Camisa is a dually-licensed realtor associate who actively practices in both the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area of Southwest Florida, and Toms River and the Beaches areas in Ocean County, New Jersey. She assists first-time buyers, those downsizing or expanding, and vacation-home buyers, which includes beach and waterfront properties. Camisa has lived on the water for many years, is an avid boater, and is greatly familiar with all the waterfront neighborhoods and waterways. She sells quite a bit of waterfront and beach properties, and is familiar with post-Sandy regulations.

Cotorakas relocated to Florida 28 years ago after he and his family vacationed on the beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida, which is all it took took to fall in love with paradise. He has been a proven, consummate professional who is highly regarded due to his gentle demeanor, unsurpassed discretion, and world-class exceptional customer service. This combined with the interconnection and outstanding reputation of Royal Shell Real Estate only insures success and proven results.

DeMay has 15 years of local real estate experience in both home and land services and is a member of the strongest team (Koffman & Associates) in one of the top real estate brokerages in Southwest Florida. His philosophy is to provide excellent service to his clients by maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism in every real estate service he provides. He also strives to achieve the highest success for his clients by leveraging his dedication with the tremendous resources of his team.

Eck moved to Cape Coral in 1981 and acquired his real estate license soon after. Within the first year he was among the top listing agents for residential real estate in the area. Eck's passion for real estate originates from his genuine interest in meeting and working with people to help them achieve their goals. He enjoys building lasting relationships and has a very simple philosophy, "honesty and integrity are not negotiable."

Ekovich is the product of a long line of successful commercial and residential real estate agents. She has a passion for luxury real estate and helping people find the home of their dreams and believes with the power of Royal Shell behind her, she can accomplish anything. Her utmost priority is satisfied customers. She is driven in life and business by "giving a little more effort."

Forneris has been in real estate since 2004 and enjoys working in both new construction and general real estate. Her first priority is to listen to the client's wants and needs and work tirelessly to get them the right property whether it be an investment, second home, new home, or to sell their existing home. She believes that a real estate transaction is built on communication, honesty, trust and patience. Buying and selling a home is a major financial decision, as well as an emotional experience. Her goal is to help buyers and sellers every step of the way through the real estate transaction.

Greenberg has been a full time resident of Cape Coral for almost seven years. He has practiced real estate for more than six years. His favorite pastime is boating in and around Southwest Florida and points south. Before moving to Cape Coral, Greenberg lived in southern California where both he and his wife, Yolanda Olsen, were born and raised. He practiced law if California for 35 years before moving to Florida. Primary area of practice is insurance litigation with more than 30 jury trials. Good listening and communication skills and more than a causal understanding of real estate and contract law. He is a Vietnam veteran having served his country for three years.

Henrich's enjoyment of the real estate industry drives him to treat every day as a new challenge to find that perfect living space for indivduals to call home. He moved to Florida from the northern United States and his love of the tropical vistas of Western Florida only grew stronger as he moved from Sarasota to the Fort Myers area. Understanding the Florida markets, he will work with an individual to get the most out of their property with the least interruption to their lifestyle. Jenkins is a former Division-I college football player turned Southwest Florida real estate agent. From his 20 years of playing organized sports, he has derived all the characteristics, disciplines, and passions needed to be successful. Making a career change from working as a teacher, track, and football coach in the Lee County School District, Jenkins wanted to continue his ability to help and teach others who are having trouble purchasing or selling their homes. Born and raised in Fort Myers, he is very confident and knowledgeable in the surrounding area of Southwest Florida.

Jones has been a realtor in Cape Coral for seven years after moving to the area from Michigan. He purchased his first home just two weeks after leaving the U.S. Army and subsequently bought and sold more than 20 investment properties. Jones works mainly with investors and new home construction.

Kent, originally from Iowa, holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Iowa State University and became a senior director of marketing for the South Florida division of the PGA. Her passion for sports, especially golf, brought her to Florida where, in 2003, she turned her talents to real estate sales. She has worked as an on-site sales associate at luxury golf course communities in Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers. Kent has been a top producer at all of her communities and attributes that to understanding and listening to her customer's needs and wants.

Leeb has had a passion for sales fresh out of high school and quickly realized communication is key to a smooth and easy transaction. The long cold winters drove him to move to Florida in 2010 and quickly found real estate to be a new career of interest. Selling more than $2 million in his first full year in the business and spending time with some of the most recognized and renowned agents in the business, he realized he had found a true home with Koffman and Associates. With more than 150 transactions to date he truly has the knowledge and experience to help with an individuals real estate goals.

Morrow is an accomplished Southwest Florida realtor who brings her experience along with a personable approach to the buying and selling process. After graduating with a business degree from the University of Tennessee in 1984, Winchel moved to central Florida.
